WHO AM I?
I am John Lowrie and a human resources officer by profession. I have been a "Foreign Aid Worker" since 1985, working in five developing countries with Cambodia since 1998. My website tells of issues tackled as a country representative of three international NGOs and formal adviser to seven local development and human rights organisations.
